Controller and contact
The controller for data processed directly by UAP Wire is Técio Barbosa Veneza. Privacy requests may be sent to uapwire@gmail.com.
Data we may process
- —Account data: email address, internal user identifier and authentication information.
- —Preferences and use: selected language, read status, feature interactions and technical security logs.
- —Subscription data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, billing period and invoice references. UAP Wire does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- —Communications sent to support or through privacy and correction requests.
- —Technical data such as IP address, device, browser and access timestamps when generated by the infrastructure required for operation and security.
Purposes
- —Create and secure accounts and authenticate users.
- —Provide the feed, save preferences and deliver free and PRO features.
- —Process subscriptions, confirm payment, provide billing management and prevent fraud.
- —Answer requests, troubleshoot and provide support.
- —Protect the service, maintain audit records and comply with legal duties.
- —Improve the service on the basis of legitimate interests, while respecting user rights, or with consent when required.
Service providers and sharing
We share only the data needed by providers that operate parts of the service, including Supabase for authentication and storage, Stripe for payments and the customer portal, and Vercel for hosting and delivery.
AI tools are used to collect, classify, summarize and translate public source material. Card data is not sent to those providers, and account personal data is not intentionally used as editorial content.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, a valid order, security needs or the protection of rights.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Brazil. We seek appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards and observe applicable transfer rules.
Retention and security
Data is retained as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes and protect the system. When no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized or retained only where legally permitted.
We use access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, credential separation and technical logging. No system is completely invulnerable.

- —Deletion, anonymization or restriction where legally available.
- —Information about sharing and portability where applicable.

Cookies and local storage
UAP Wire may use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, security, language and preferences. Removing them may affect service features.
Children
The service is not directed to children. If we identify improper processing of a minor’s data, we will take appropriate action.
Changes
We may update this Policy for legal, technical or operational reasons. The update date will be shown here and additional notice will be provided when appropriate.
